A many days after the Galaxy S23
Geekbench results surfaced we get our first look at a table for the alleged Galaxy S23 Ultra bearing the SM- S918U model number. The new Geekbench table shows the S23 Ultra
is equipped with an unnamed chipset bearing the same “ kalama ” motherboard identifier and a 1 2 2 3 CPU configuration with a high core clocked at3.6 GHz. Grounded on once rumors this is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC which was also seen in the Galaxy S23( SM- S911U) Geekbench listing.
The test device managed an emotional single- core score of,521 points and amulti-core result of,689 points. For environment, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Galaxy S22 Ultra
tops out at,200/,200 points independently. The new table shows the test device with 8 GB RAM though we can safely assume the retail performances will bring at least 12 GB RAM. We also get evidence the phone is running Android 13 presumably with OneUI 5 on top.
It remains to be seen if Samsung
will also release Exynos- powered Galaxy S23 models as aged rumors suggested all 2023 S- series phones will use Qualcomm SoCs while newer reports say Exynos chips are still on the table.
