foldables have substantially lagged behind when it comes to camera capabilities, but last time's models brought pronounced advancements and gave suckers hope they might start to catch up. Now we get the first details on the Galaxy Z Fold5
and Z Flip5's camera setups and it's good news and bad news.
According to bookmaker Yogesh Brar, the Galaxy Z Fold5 will offer the same 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide and 10MP blowup cameras as the Galaxy Z Fold4. The Z Flip5 will also retain the binary 12MP camera with wide and ultrawide lenses. That is the not particularly promising part.
The good news is the phones will reportedly come with new camera detectors, which should affect in better image quality. It's unclear if all detectors will be upgraded or just some of them, but we've little mistrustfulness we'll learn more in the months leading up to the advertisement.
